PETG 3D Printer Filament, 1.75mm, 1kg Spool, White Color
Features:
PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) is a 3D printing plastic, suitable for producing functional objects and items that come into contact with food (e.g., water bottles, containers, kitchen utensils) due to its properties.
It boasts high strength, flexibility, and impact resistance, making it ideal for manufacturing mechanical parts and dimensionally precise products.
TPU is recognized as food-safe. Given its heat resistance, products made from it can be washed in a dishwasher (when appropriate temperatures are applied).
TPU is hydrophobic (does not absorb moisture) and insoluble.
When 3D printing, it is easier to use than ABS, but this plastic is more durable than PLA.
A heated bed is not mandatory but recommended. The material practically does not shrink upon cooling.
TPU plastic is best suited for food safety projects (with appropriate certification), mechanical parts, and outdoor objects.
Also suitable for beginners due to its ease of use.
