Arctic Freezer 4U-M Rev. 2 is a compact, wide-compatibility server CPU cooler. Compatible with Intel Xeon, AMD Ryzen, and AMD Epyc processors. It now also supports the latest Ampere Altra LGA4926 processor (Ampere mounting kit sold separately, code “ACOTH00008A”)


Features:
Wide Compatibility Cooler. The Freezer 4U-M Rev. 2 features a large contact surface and an improved mounting mechanism. It is compatible with various Intel and AMD server processors, such as Intel Xeon, AMD Ryzen, and AMD Epyc, fitting LGA 4189, LGA 4677, AMD SP6, sTR5, SP3, TR4, sTRX4, and sWRX8 sockets. Despite its impressive cooling capabilities, the Freezer 4U-M Rev. 2 consumes just 2.88 W, ensuring exceptional efficiency when cooling even the most powerful processors with up to 96 cores and up to 350W TDP.
Designed for Continuous Operation. Both fans in the Freezer 4U-M Rev. 2 feature dual ball bearings. They allow for continuous 24/7 operation without compromising performance. Contamination and high temperatures affect these bearings much less than conventional sleeve or fluid dynamic bearings. This is an excellent choice if you want to ensure uninterrupted operation at maximum speed.
Compact Design. With an optimal installation height of just 145 mm, the cooler fits into classic 4U server racks and most 4U cases on the market. The Freezer 4U-M Rev. 2 features a compact design of 156 x 124 mm. This also makes it suitable for dual-socket motherboards. If there is a need to adjust the airflow direction, the fans can be easily swapped.
MX-6 Thermal Paste. The latest MX-6 0.8g thermal paste is included, which, due to its low viscosity and particle size, allows for an extremely thin layer thickness and significantly reduces heat buildup between the CPU and the cooler. It is neither electrically conductive nor capacitive, making it completely safe to use even for beginners.
