Arctic Freezer 4U-M Ampere is a compact, wide-compatibility server CPU cooler. It is compatible with Intel Xeon, AMD Ryzen, and AMD Epyc processors. It also supports the latest Ampere Altra LGA4926 processor.

Wide Compatibility Cooler. The Freezer 4U-M Ampere features a large contact surface and an improved mounting mechanism. It is compatible with various Intel and AMD server processors, such as Intel Xeon, AMD Ryzen, and AMD Epyc, suitable for LGA 4189, LGA 4677, AMD SP6, sTR5, SP3, TR4, sTRX4, and sWRX8 sockets. It also supports Ampere Altra LGA4926. Despite its impressive cooling capabilities, the Freezer 4U-M Ampere consumes just 2.88W, ensuring exceptional efficiency when cooling even the most powerful processors with up to 64 cores and up to 350W TDP.
Designed for Continuous Operation. Both fans of the Freezer 4U-M Ampere are equipped with dual ball bearings. They allow for continuous 24/7 operation without compromising performance. Contamination and high temperatures affect these bearings much less than conventional sleeve or fluid dynamic bearings. This makes them an excellent choice if you want to ensure uninterrupted operation at maximum speed.
Compact Design. The optimal installation height of the cooler is just 145 mm, allowing it to fit into classic 4U server racks and most 4U cases on the market. The Freezer 4U-M Ampere features a compact design of 156 x 124 mm. This also makes it suitable for dual-socket motherboards. If there is a need to adjust the airflow direction, the fans can be easily swapped.
RAM Compatibility. The Freezer 4U-M Ampere provides a spacious 53 mm RAM module height, allowing the use of memory modules with medium-sized cooling heatsinks. This height ensures efficient airflow and compatibility with various RAM configurations.
Powerful Fans with Push-Pull Configuration. The integrated PWM fans leverage all the advantages of the award-winning P-series. Designed for static pressure, these fans are ideally suited for the Freezer 4U-M Ampere with its high fin density system, ensuring efficient heat dissipation in push-pull mode, even in demanding applications. Office workstations, in particular, benefit from quietly operating fans. The dual configuration also provides inherent redundancy and protects the system from complete shutdown due to overheating.
MX-6 Thermal Paste. The included 0.8g of MX-6, the latest thermal paste, allows for an extremely thin layer due to its low viscosity and particle size, significantly reducing heat build-up between the CPU and the cooler. Furthermore, it is neither electrically conductive nor capacitive, making it completely safe to use even for beginners.
