PWM PST technology allows connecting multiple fans (up to 5 recommended), synchronizing their operating speed according to the actual computer cooling needs. This way, the entire cooling system operates more efficiently and quietly, and the overall energy consumption is lower than when connecting each fan/cooler separately.
Maximum Quietness, Minimum Vibration. Even at low speeds, the operating sound of the new ARCTIC motor is barely noticeable. Thanks to sinusoidal magnetization, the new motor is very smooth and almost vibration-free – it generates only about 5% of the vibration level produced by a conventional unfiltered DC motor. Therefore, fans do not require the use of anti-vibration pads.
Optimized for Static Pressure. In the development of the new P8 PWM PST fan, special attention was paid to a focused airflow and static pressure. This fan guarantees exceptionally efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance.
High-Quality Bearing. A combination of alloy and lubricant developed in Germany reduces friction within the bearing and provides greater efficiency. This results in less heat generation and reduced bearing noise, allowing you to enjoy a longer fan lifespan.
Extended Lifespan. A 10°C lower motor temperature approximately doubles the fan's lifespan. The new ARCTIC motor has a four times longer lifespan due to its low coil temperature. Therefore, a 6-year manufacturer's warranty is provided.
Speed Adjustable via PWM PST. Thanks to the 4-pin connector, the rotational speed can be adjusted across a wide range via PWM from 200 to 3000 RPM. This minimizes noise while ensuring maximum cooling when needed.
