3. Before charging, it is recommended to remove phone cases thicker than 5mm, and other unsuitable cases, such as metallic or magnetic.
4. For fast wireless charging for “Samsung S9/S9+”, a separate QC 2.0/3.0 charger is needed, not the original one.
5. Whether the LED indicator turns off or not when the phone is fully charged depends on your device, not on the wireless charger. If a Qi-enabled device cannot send a charge completion signal, the LED indicator will remain lit.
