GENERAL PROVISIONS

ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT

• Payment for goods is made by the chosen payment method (bank transfer, payment card, or otherwise).
• Order processing begins upon receipt of payment.

DELIVERY

• Delivery times depend on product availability and the delivery address.
• The delivery cost will be specified during order placement.
• The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., courier services).

GOODS RETURN AND WARRANTY

• The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the goods have not been used and are in their original packaging.
• Returned goods must be in perfect condition.
• The warranty is provided according to the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

• The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• The Seller undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the Buyer's data.

OTHER PROVISIONS

• All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and failing an agreement, in accordance with the procedures established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
• These rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
