ABS 3D Printing Filament, 1.75mm, 1kg Spool, Red Color
Features:
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is one of the most commonly used thermoplastic materials for 3D printing. As a 3D printing material, it is ideal: it is mechanically strong, resistant to impacts, heat, alkaline and acid solutions, and alcohols, yet it is easily amenable to both mechanical and chemical processing.
ABS plastic can be further processed: sanded, smoothed, or glued with acetone. Processing with acetone vapor essentially helps create a monolithic structure.
This plastic is sufficiently flexible, so it bends under pressure instead of cracking.
ABS heat and impact resistance allows its use in many industries. It is suitable for objects used in adverse conditions, high temperatures, and for highly vulnerable parts.
Due to its resistance, it is ideally suited for car accessories and phone cases.
It emits a noticeable odor during printing, so room ventilation is required.
ABS is an ideal material for most items: toys, jewelry, tools, office kits, phone cases, knife handles, various household appliances.
